Clark Material Handling Company is a leading manufacturer of warehouse equipment owned by the large international corporation Samsung Fork Lift Company.

The company's roots go back to 1903, when it was founded in the United States of America and was engaged in the production of auto parts. A landmark moment was the release in 1917 of the first industrial tractor, the Tructractor, which featured a flat platform for transporting goods. In 1919, the company spun off as a separate division called Clark Tructractor, focusing on the production of forklifts, and later became known as Clark Material Handling.

Today, Clark Material Handling Company has production sites not only in China and South Korea, but also offices in the USA, Germany, China, Brazil and Costa Rica. Over the long history of its existence, the company has produced about 1 million units of warehouse equipment, confirming its reputation as a reliable and innovative manufacturer.
