ASV, the American company, was established in 1983 in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Specializing in compact loaders for construction, agriculture, forestry, and municipal services, ASV has transitioned from its initial focus on snowmobiles to a leading manufacturer of small-scale construction machinery.
With approximately 250 employees, ASV became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Terex Corporation on March 4, 2008. The company's loaders feature a unique track system design, enabling exceptional flotation and mobility on challenging terrains like snow, mud, sand, and gravel.
Dedicated to producing high-quality equipment, ASV offers a diverse range of models varying in power, size, and utility to meet customer demands. Prioritizing customer satisfaction, ASV provides warranties on all vehicles, along with a comprehensive range of replacement parts and services for dependable and long-lasting equipment performance.
ASV's skid steer loaders are utilized in construction, agriculture, forestry, and other sectors, boasting a distinctive design for excellent cross-country performance, maneuverability, and controllability in challenging conditions.
To meet diverse client needs, ASV offers various loader models, including:
RT-25: A small loader designed for tight spaces, with a 122 cm width, ideal for gardening, landscaping, and construction. It features a Kubota 24-hp engine and a 316 kg load capacity.
RT-40: This loader boasts a powerful 37 hp Kubota engine and a 635 kg load capacity, with bucket tilt control for operating on uneven terrain. Suited for construction, forestry, and other industries.
RT-65: With a robust 67 hp Kubota engine and a 952 kg load capacity, this loader offers a smooth control system and bucket tilt control for precise operation, perfect for heavy-duty tasks in construction, agriculture, and other industries.
ASV gained recognition for manufacturing the world's most advanced rubber track loaders, focusing on the productivity and efficiency of the rubber-coated crawler undercarriage. The patented ASV undercarriage technology, developed over 20 years, ensures Posi-Tracks can traverse any surface without causing damage, widely used in construction, landscaping, and agriculture.
The new ASV SR-series machines, including the SR-70 and SR-80, signify a technological breakthrough, incorporating innovative features and achieving the highest productivity in their class. The SR-80, a versatile 60 kW machine, combines essential features of the next-generation rubber track loader, offering a ground pressure of 21.7 kPa, ISR-4 undercarriage, and standard auxiliary hydraulics with a flow rate of 113 l/min.
Notable features include the ability to switch to an economical hydraulic mode using a joystick switch, an adjustable bucket position, and the title of the fastest rubber track loader, capable of traveling at 20 km/h. The cab of the SR-series provides an ergonomic workplace with plush materials, enhancing productivity. These characteristics are shared with the SR-70 track loade ASV r, featuring 53 kW of power, 375 mm ground clearance, and a 380 mm track width.
